Racquet Club Ladue Pool Rules


The pool manager and lifeguards have been instructed to maintain order at the pool and enforce the following pool regulations:

 
  • All Swimmers (members and guest) must sign-in at the pool desk. 
  • Registered caregivers should sign-in as member. Enter “0” for # guests & their name+“caregiver”.  
  • Members must accompany all guests (unless guest is a registered guardian).
  • Guests 18 & older will be permitted 3 visits per swim season per year; regardless of the number of members who sign in the guest.  Guest fees apply.
  • Appropriate cover-up for members when entering the Club areas during pool season is required.
  • All children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper.
  • All children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, at least 17 years of age.  Children under 3 years of age should be confined to the wading pool, unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Children are not permitted to roam the club or locker rooms.  Children 18 and under are to use the children's locker rooms.
  • It is strictly prohibited to change diapers poolside. Diaper changing is confined to the locker rooms. Diaper-changing tables are located in the girl’s and boys’ locker rooms.
  • A private sitting area for women wishing to breast feed is available in the ladies’ locker room.
  • All food and beverages consumed at the Club must be purchased from the club.  No glass is permitted in the pool area.
  • No pets are permitted in the pool area.
  • No large inflatable, tennis balls or water guns are permitted in the pool. No hanging on ropes, diving board, etc.
  • No buoyancy devices are to be used off the diving board.
  • Lap lane is available at all times except during swim meets/practices.
  • Talking on cell phones is not allowed in pool area.  We ask that you relocate outside the pool area if the need arises to talk on your cell phone.
  • The pool manager and lifeguards have been instructed to maintain order at the pool and enforce pool regulations. Personal contact at the pool must be such that the safety is not jeopardized. Running and rough play will be prohibited in the pool areas at all times.
  • Acceptable “neat denim” is permitted on the pool deck.  To clarify acceptable “neat denim”- holes, rips, tears, frays, excessive fade, tie-dye, cut off shorts, etc., are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not allowed within the pool fence. There is a designated area outside the fence.

Anyone witnessing the above rules and regulations not being properly enforced is asked to alert Club Staff or Management so that we may appropriately address any indiscretion.  Thank you.
