Dining at RCL

 Outstanding Food and Quality Service have a long history
 at the Racquet Club Ladue. Whether it is for refreshments 
 after a game of tennis, a quick bite with the family, or a formal
 wine dinner with friends, the Club offers several options from
 upscale to casual dining. The tradition of the Racquet Club
 Ladue blends the talents of an award-winning culinary staff
 with the finesse of service professionals We are proud to share
 the goal of exceeding members and their guest's expectations.

The RCL Food and Beverage operations are overseen by Executive Chef, Joe Mueller. Upon graduating from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with dual associate's degrees in Culinary Arts and Hotel Restaurant Management, Chef Joe continued his education with classes at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and Napa Valley, California.

Mueller has been with Racquet Club Ladue since 2010, and has been a member of the American Culinary Federation and Chefs de Cusine Association of St. Louis for over 20 years. In 2011, he was named Chef of the Year by STL Chefs de Cuisine.

 

Dining Room Hours:

Monday: 11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
(Monday winter hours January-May 8th 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.)

Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

*If you would like a late night meal, please call the Club ahead of time and we would be pleased to accommodate you. 

*Poolside dining services are to coincide with pool hours, except on Sunday when the kitchen closes at 8 p.m. on Sundays.
